yeah they advertised it on t.v. all the time about 3 months ago...here is an artical on it. when they advertised it on t.v. i could hear it...im in my mid 20's, and my husband who is 40 could hear it...so i dont think it works too well...good luck...hope this helps..all else fails google it.

you wont be able to use any site like that. What you can do is use a free site like Ventones, and chose to save the ringtone to your computer instead of having them send it to your phone.


Then you have to transfer the ringtone to your phone with a bluetooth connection from your computer to your phone, or with a usb cable from your computer to your phone.

If you have iTunes you can create ring tones for free, and then upload them to your phone using Bluetooth or a USB data cable connection.

you could use ringtone maker to do that, just clip any part of the song you want to be your ringer down to 30 seconds. i use audacity or bitpim to edit my songs and make it as my ringtone. if you want fast you could just get them from those ringtone places on the web, which you could transfer to your phone using usb cord. hope this help

I have a Motorola phone, and it has a USB port on the side of it. I downloaded one of the many programs off the internet that can shorten MP3s, and then i just took my shortened MP# and put it on my phone from my computer. If you have a memory chip in there, be sure you are saving the files to the phone and not the chip. This has always worked for me, but I guess it also depends on the cellphone company software that comes with your phone.

After I upload an mp3 file , i select what part of the song to set as a ringtone and then right before sending it to my phone, I click on a checbox that says , send as MMS message,

Not sure if the picture message thing works for all phones from AT%26amp;T, im sure you need to have texting enabled,

on your cell, go into your menu, go to 'get it now', go to 'get tunes %26amp; tones', then go to vzw tones and once that loads, on the right will be actual ringtones %26amp; on the left will be ringback tones. calick the left top button of your phone and choose the song you want. it will automatically set itself. hope i helped :D good luck♥

hi! yes, you can get ringtone maker from download.com and rip your favorite song, then transfer it to your cellphone.
Reply:There is a program that is called Cool Edit. With It you can cut clips out of songs to use as ringtones. But you will have to already have the original full song on your computer. Then you will have to convert it to mp3 or whatever format your phone supports. With some phones the ringtones have to be under 300 kb's to work as ringtone.
