Ringtones?

Does anyone know of a website to download totally free ringtones and/or wallpaper without the obligation of signing up for a monthly fee? (It must be legal!)

DON'T USE JAMSTER OR ANY SITE THAT YOU SEE ADVERTISED ON TV!!!! Generally these sites sign you up for monthly service, and it can get very costly. 3gforfree is a pretty good site. Otherwise you can get software to convert MP3 files into ringtones. I suggest just biting the bullet, and paying for them. You can be sure of the quality that you are getting, and they really aren't that expensive. Treat purchasing ringtones like buying Cd's. Don't go crazy and buy a ton of them at a time. Get what you like.
