Ringtones?

I want some new ringtones but I don't have internet on my phone.


I see alot of those commercials on tv saying if you type a certain word to a certain number you will get the ringtone.


does this actually work or is it just a scam?


also if it does work, do you need the internet to receive the ringtone?

and learn how to load ringtones on manually, its the only way, dont let others tell you otherwise.
