Is there such thing as Free ringtones, cause i want some free ring tones...

Yes, if you have a phone that supports it, you can use any mp3 (or any other file that you can convert to your phones supported formats) as a ringtone on your phone. Most all newer phones that I've looked at support this. Mine (Sony Erricson W600i) supports this, and I've never purchased a ringtone. Most ringtones are song tones anyway, so all you really need to do is go somewhere like download.com find a free mp3 editor (and converters if you need them) and edit your mp3's to your desire, load them onto your phone, set it as a ringtone, voila!
As for downloading ringtones online, and through calls, I've never bought into that crap, nor will I ever. You end up paying out the **** for a measly ringtone. (Download charge, tone charge, etc etc....)
