mobile17.com is the best i know of... you need to have texting though but most online sights will need this (plus its free and should only take about an hour)

Reply:hi! the safest way to have absolute free ringtones is for you to make your own. it really takes some effort but it's worth it because you won't pay anything though you need to have a software for it. you can purchase it one time and use for lifetime or if you are patient enough to have free ringtone maker you can google it or search at download.com. once you've converted your favorite songs, you can transfer them from your PC to your cellphone using cable or bluetooth. hope this helps.

and unlike some other sites, you dont need texting or internet to make it work for you,


just make the ringtone, and download it to your computer


then put it on your phone with a cable.
