I have a US Cellular cell phone, and they say i can get ringtones through "toneroom" i found one that i REALLY love, but for payment, it says 2.99 for 1 use, 8.29 for 3 uses, and 12.99 for 5 uses. what does this mean? that the ringtone can only be used once, thrice, or 5 times? I really sppreciate your answers!! thanks!
